Quick Give & QR Code
Quick Give gives you a scannable QR code and a short link that take someone straight to a giving page for your organization — no app required. It is ideal for a church bulletin, an on-screen slide during a service, or a website button.
What it's for
- Letting anyone give in seconds from a printed or on-screen code.
- Directing gifts to a specific fund, or letting the giver choose at checkout.
- Reaching people who do not yet have the Xerish app.
How it works
- Choose a designated fund. Pick General Giving (the giver selects a fund at checkout) or a specific church fund you have set up. The fund list comes from your active church fund designations.
- Decide on fee coverage. Toggle whether to prompt givers to cover processing fees on the giving form.
- The giving link and QR code update live as you change options. The link points to your organization's public giving page on xerish.com.
- Share it: Copy link, Open giving page to preview, or Download QR Code as a PNG to print or drop into slides.
When someone scans the code:
- App users open the Xerish app directly to give.
- Everyone else gets a web giving form with an invitation to create an account.
QR Code Performance tracks total scans, gifts made, and new accounts created from those scans.
Governing limitations
- Gifts to your organization are always 0% fee.
- The giving link is built on your organization's identifier and works for both organizations and churches; the giving page shows a fund selector for churches.
- The fee-coverage prompt is still rolling out on the web giving form, so pre-checking it on the link may not yet apply on every web checkout. The selected fund always carries through.
Good to know
- Print the QR on your bulletin or display it on screen during a service.
- Generate a separate code per fund if you want to route gifts to specific designations — change the fund and download a new QR each time.
