Your Discover presence
Discover
The Discover page is about how your organization is found and how it performs on the Xerish Discover surface that Givers explore in the mobile app. It shows your reach, your engagement, where Xerish is featuring you, and the listing details Givers see.
What it's for
- Tracking how many Givers see and engage with your content on Discover.
- Seeing which of your posts, campaigns, or Funds Xerish has highlighted.
- Confirming your listing status, follower count, and the categories you appear under.
How it works
The page has two main sections:
1. Discoverability
A reach funnel over a recent window (about the last 30 days): impressions, distinct viewers, engagement rate, and gifts, plus secondary figures for total given, gift rate, engaged-to-gift rate, median dwell time, and number of gift givers. Below that:
- Highlighted by Xerish — content Xerish has curated as an Editor's Pick or placed on the Trending / Top 20 list, each linking to the matching item.
- By content — a per-item table of impressions, viewers, and engagement, with any Editor's Pick or Trending badge.
If analytics have not been turned on for your account yet, this section shows a placeholder until the data is enabled.
2. Discover presence
- Visibility status — once your account is verified, your card surfaces to Givers across Discover. Until F.I.G.S. vetting clears, your account is pending and not yet listed.
- Followers — how many Givers follow your work.
- You appear under — the recipient categories that decide where Givers find you when they browse by who-you-serve. Edit these from your Profile.
At the bottom you can Invite an organization to apply to Xerish; once approved they are auto-partnered with you.
Governing limitations
- Editor's Pick and Trending placements are curated by Xerish at the platform level — they are not a per-organization F.I.G.S. score.
- If you have selected no recipient categories, Givers browsing by category will not find you. Set them on your Profile.
- Analytics availability can vary by environment; the page degrades to a placeholder rather than failing.
Good to know
- Keep your categories accurate — they directly control your category placement.
- A strong engagement rate means the right Givers are finding you, which matters more than raw impressions.
