Your Financial Center & Storehouse wallet

Your Financial Center (the Storehouse hub) is the single place to see every dollar from giver gift to bank deposit. At the top sits your Storehouse wallet — four buckets that show where each gift is in the pipeline.

What it's for

One screen to answer: how much have I received, what is still clearing, what is committed to open content, and what has already been paid out — plus your Stripe connection and the Storehouse's own books.

How it works

The wallet shows four buckets:

  • Available to request — cleared the hold window and awaiting automatic grant dispatch. Despite the name, you do not request it; Xerish Storehouse grants it to your bank automatically, typically within the hour.
  • In 48-hour hold — gifts still inside the 24–48h refund/clawback window.
  • Tied to open content — gifts on posts or campaigns that are still open; they release when that content closes or hits goal.
  • Total revenue from Storehouse — lifetime gifts received through Xerish Storehouse.

Below the buckets:

  • AUM disclosure row — states the 0.5% annual fee Xerish Storehouse applies to held balances and the next accrual date.
  • Stripe Connect — connect your bank (free, ~5 minutes) or see your connected status and the total settled to your Stripe account.
  • How grant transfers reach you — the auto-approval and dispatch rules in plain language.
  • Grant Transfer History — every transfer with date, amount, and status (paid / queued / failed).

Governing limitations

  • Owner-gated. Only the organization owner can load this breakdown; it is not public data.
  • Buckets are live reads, not a manual ledger — they reflect the current state of your gifts and grants.
  • AUM applies only to held balances, deducted monthly; it never touches in-flight grants.
  • Stripe must be connected for the Grant Transfer History and the settled total to populate.

Good to know

  • A "Public Books" block shows the Storehouse's own transparency commitments: the Joseph Principle (20% quarterly), the 0.5% AUM rate, and a T-bills-only treasury float audited annually.
  • Year-end statements to your givers are issued by Xerish Storehouse, shown here so you can see how many went out.
  • The retired Payouts page now redirects here — this hub replaced it.
