Can we confirm and reprint a giver's tax receipt?
Your organization never issues tax receipts. Xerish Storehouse does, automatically, as the donee of record.
A giver finds their receipt in the app under Wallet → Tax Documents. If a member cannot access it — for example, someone without the app — direct them to support@xerish.com and Storehouse re-sends it by email. You never have to chase a receipt or send one yourself.
