Xerish Storehouse is the nonprofit that holds giving balances, vets recipient organizations, and disburses grants. Its IRS 501(c)(3) recognition is pending; it operates under interim fiscal sponsorship in the meantime.

Storehouse is the grantor of record and the issuer of your year-end tax statement. The name echoes the Joseph Principle — storing up so there is provision to give.
